Every year Associate Appreciation Week is a red-letter event for every member of Marriott’s 200,000 + staff.
In a bid to give a more democratic overview of what makes it great to be part of this large workforce we took our Instabooth to hotels in London and Frankfurt to capture the beating heart of what drives Marriott International.

With a large part of Marriott International’s workforce made up of young people, this global organisation has recognised the importance of pulling people together via their passions – for sustainable business, for driving change and having a positive lasting impact.
This film sits on their internal website reaching over 225,000 people.
Lead by CEO Liam Brown, using B-roll from a wider project for Marriott’s sustainability drive, and a simple graphic package.

As part of our on-going relationship with Marriott, we were commissioned to create this film around Ruksana, a young woman who went from wondering what to do with limited opportunities, to a highly successful career through the World of Opportunity program with Marriott and Prince’s Trust.
As a champion of equal opportunities and young people, Marriott came to us directly to bring Ruksana’s empowering story to life, through our compassionate and people-focused story-telling.
We produced a longer film for their intranet and a 1-minute version for Instagram.
