FICO World 2025 Event Summary: Daily Highlights
Client Brief
FICO commissioned us to produce a FICO World 2025 Event Summary that captured the voices and experiences of delegates in real time. They wanted daily content that highlighted attendee insights, fostered engagement, and amplified the energy of the event. Therefore, our brief was to create quick-turnaround films that could be shared immediately, ensuring the event’s messages reached all participants while remaining fresh and relevant.
Our Approach
To achieve this, we deployed onsite editors and producers to film interviews and record reactions throughout the day. Then, by editing content on site, we delivered daily highlights the following morning. This approach allowed delegates to see their contributions almost immediately and reinforced a sense of excitement and shared purpose.
Next, we asked targeted questions designed to bring out authentic insights and opinions. With guidance from FICO, we focused on topics that mattered most to attendees. Consequently, the interviews turned delegates into spokespeople and encouraged peer-to-peer engagement. By showcasing these voices, the summary films highlighted key themes, reinforced messaging, and built a clear narrative that connected everyone at the event.
Impact and Results
As a result, the films boosted engagement and created momentum throughout the event. Delegates became ambassadors, spreading shared ideas and insights beyond the conference floor. Additionally, the daily summaries produced memorable, high-impact content that extended the reach of FICO World.
Overall, by combining fast production with carefully guided interviews, this FICO World 2025 Event Summary demonstrates how strategic storytelling can elevate live events. It reinforced FICO World’s energy, strengthened connections among attendees, and provided reusable content for ongoing engagement.

FICO World Intelligence Hero Interviews – Capturing the Voices of Attendees
Client Brief
FICO asked us to create a series of FICO World Intelligence Hero interviews to capture attendee insights and personal reflections during FICO World 2023. They wanted films that celebrated delegates as “heroes of change,” highlighting their connection to AI and innovation. The client also required content that was engaging, shareable, and suitable for multiple channels.
Our Approach
To deliver, we developed the Hero Booth, refined over years at large events. Delegates entered a quiet, soundproof space, where we asked questions designed to provoke spontaneous, genuine responses. The Hero Booth format encouraged attendees to speak authentically.
We opened the 1,500+ delegate event with a theme-setting film on AI and empowerment. Then, the Hero Booth interviews captured attendee reflections. We used these interviews to produce a closing film that reinforced the event’s themes and celebrated the impact of delegates’ work.
By asking all participants the same 3–5 questions, we created a series of FICO World Intelligence Hero interviews from a single session. Consequently, dozens of delegates could appear across multiple edits, providing content for social media and ongoing engagement. The careful editing, music, and sequencing highlighted human expression and made complex topics relatable.
Impact and Results
The Hero Booth transformed delegates into spokespeople and ambassadors. These films strengthened engagement, increased social sharing, and showcased innovation-driven work. Overall, the series demonstrates how human-focused storytelling can extend an event’s reach and give technology a relatable, authentic voice.

As traditional banks struggle to keep up with digital transformation and the fintech incumbents that offer a faster, more personalised service that we’ve all grown used to, FICO needed a film to set the stall for their comprehensive platform that helps banks retain customers for the journey.
Filmed and directed with crews working remotely in San Diego, Sweden and London during the covid pandemic, we told the story from a personal perspective that sets the bigger picture in a real-world context.
“I’ve been watching this video several times because it makes me really happy. I’m so proud of how it turned out and appreciate the collaboration and partnership with Cloud9” said Helen Yang of FICO.

SINE Digital Brand Film
Client Brief
SINE Digital asked us to create a high-energy brand film that captured the spirit and vibrancy of their creative industry marketing agency. The client wanted a film that showcased staff enthusiasm, company culture, and the ethos driving the business. The goal was to produce authentic advocacy through the voices of the employees themselves.
Our Approach
From inquiry to delivery, we filmed the project in just one week. On Wednesday, we visited SINE Digital for a recce, meeting the team and identifying strong filming locations. We then created a quick script and brief on site. Our in-house team prepared the equipment to start filming the next day.
We coordinated the day to capture key moments that highlighted team dynamics. We set up an upstairs interview area, giving everyone a platform to speak from the heart while reducing setup time. Meanwhile, a second camera operator filmed daily activities downstairs using a variety of camera setups to capture the energy of the workplace.
Post-Production and Impact
In post-production, we transcribed 25 interviews and selected the best clips to create a cohesive story. We intercut footage, added dynamic music, and worked closely with the client to refine messaging. The final film presents SINE Digital authentically, showcasing both the staff and the company culture.
Results
The resulting brand film highlights genuine employee advocacy and the energetic, creative spirit of SINE Digital. By putting the spotlight on the people behind the brand, the film communicates authenticity and passion. Staff engagement shines on camera, proving that employees are the strongest advocates a company can have.

Identity and Authentication. Everyone loves technology and it’s pretty cool when it works in your favour. But how about when it’s used against you?
In this film, industry leaders from Finance and Technology join forces to discuss identity and authentication – how do we remain safe whilst maintaining the fluidity of experience from the brands we love online?
We worked with different teams to capture the different elements of a busy 3 hours, from asking experts to talk around their field to asking attendees their opinion of it all.
It’s a lot of fun in the making and the positive experience translates well in to the final product.
