FICO asked us to create a FICO Platform demonstration with their Senior Director of Solution Architecture, Ignacio Gonzales-Arboleya. The aim was to break down the mechanics of the FICO Platform, as first introduced in Digital Jane series 1, and show both existing and potential clients just how easy it is to use.
To achieve this, we booked a studio free of distractions and sat Ignacio down with a laptop. We used AI to extend the background and give the impression of a larger studio for added drama. The clean setting ensured that his walkthrough was clear and easy to follow. In the FICO Platform demonstration, Ignacio explained each feature step by step. Not only did we see Jane enjoying the benefits of FICO’s latest functionalities, but we also explored how those tools work on the back end.
Throughout the film, we revealed how to recreate each functionality on the FICO Platform, and how they might apply directly to other businesses. Ignacio explained a wide range of features, including decision modelling, fraud prevention, and the Analytics Workbench. Every process was reinforced with screen recordings and in-house GFX, making the complex mechanics simple and engaging.
The result was a clear and impactful FICO Platform demonstration. It was shown at the MainStage at FICO World to 1,500 people and was the focus for the following presentation. The film translates complex technology into a human, accessible story that resonates with viewers. Now hosted on FICO’s website, the video helps existing clients feel confident in the platform, while inspiring new clients to start their journey with FICO.

FICO Digital Jane Film Series
Client Brief
FICO asked us to create the FICO Digital Jane film series to showcase how their platform supports digital transformation. The client wanted a series that explained complex processes in a clear, engaging, and relatable way for companies and their clients. Therefore, our brief was to produce educational, visually compelling content that highlighted the platform’s capabilities and value.
Our Approach
To achieve this, we followed the story of Digital Jane (Jane Doe) as she navigated real-world business challenges. The series shows how the FICO Platform helps clients deliver excellent customer experiences while managing operations efficiently behind the scenes. Additionally, working with an award-winning scriptwriter, we crafted a structured, relatable narrative that helped viewers understand complex concepts while staying engaged.
Furthermore, our GFX team enhanced the storytelling with dynamic visuals. At the same time, carefully chosen stock imagery added context and realism. Together, these elements simplified technical concepts and helped audiences clearly see how the platform works. The films also encouraged viewers to imagine how the FICO Platform could support their own businesses, making the content practical and inspiring.
Impact and Results
As a result, the series is entertaining, highly educational, and reinforces FICO’s leadership in digital transformation solutions. It strengthens client engagement, facilitates learning, and improves understanding of the platform’s value proposition. Moreover, the films continue to be used across multiple channels, offering a reusable, scalable resource that combines storytelling, technical clarity, and design.
By placing viewers in Digital Jane’s shoes, the FICO Digital Jane film series turns complex technology into relatable, actionable insights. In this way, it demonstrates how well-crafted content can educate, engage, and inspire audiences while effectively showcasing innovative solutions. Consequently, this series shows how strategic video production turns complex B2B concepts into content that resonates and drives engagement.

Identity and Authentication. Everyone loves technology and it’s pretty cool when it works in your favour. But how about when it’s used against you?
In this film, industry leaders from Finance and Technology join forces to discuss identity and authentication – how do we remain safe whilst maintaining the fluidity of experience from the brands we love online?
We worked with different teams to capture the different elements of a busy 3 hours, from asking experts to talk around their field to asking attendees their opinion of it all.
It’s a lot of fun in the making and the positive experience translates well in to the final product.
