Digital Jane Series 1, the first in what went on to be a successful series – still our favourite between us. This whole series was made entirely with available stock shots, strong scripting & voiceover and in-house graphics work. Whilst stock shots will never truly replicate a person’s life, in this instance, they are invaluable in helping give a snapshot picture of any given scenario. This is especially important when explaining financial processes and their potential, beneficial impact in the real world.
The series went on to look at different character perspectives and their (indirect) experiences of FICO Platform, a fintech AI software service.. However, we always feel this one about Jane’s life herself was the most fun to make for sure!

FICO Platform with Ignacio Gonzales-Arboleya
FICO asked us to create a FICO Platform demonstration with their Senior Director of Solution Architecture, Ignacio Gonzales-Arboleya. The aim was to break down the mechanics of the FICO Platform, as first introduced in Digital Jane series 1, and show both existing and potential clients just how easy it is to use.
To achieve this, we booked a large studio free of distractions and sat Ignacio down with a laptop. The clean setting ensured that his walkthrough was clear and easy to follow. In the FICO Platform demonstration, Ignacio explained each feature step by step in a studio we used AI to back seem bigger than the smaller room we had.
Throughout the film, we revealed how to recreate each functionality on FICO Platform, and how they might apply directly to other businesses. Ignacio explained a wide range of features, including decision modelling, fraud prevention, and the Analytics Workbench. Every process was reinforced with screen recordings and in-house GFX, making the complex mechanics simple and engaging.
The result was a clear and impactful demonstration, translating complex technology into a human, accessible story that resonates with viewers. Now hosted on FICO’s website, the video helps existing clients feel confident in the platform, while inspiring new clients to start their journey with FICO.

FICO World Intelligence Hero Interviews – Capturing the Voices of Attendees
Client Brief
FICO asked us to create a series of FICO World Intelligence Hero interviews to capture attendee insights and personal reflections during FICO World 2023. They wanted films that celebrated delegates as “heroes of change,” highlighting their connection to AI and innovation. The client also required content that was engaging, shareable, and suitable for multiple channels.
Our Approach
To deliver, we developed the Hero Booth, refined over years at large events. Delegates entered a quiet, soundproof space, where we asked questions designed to provoke spontaneous, genuine responses. The Hero Booth format encouraged attendees to speak authentically.
We opened the 1,500+ delegate event with a theme-setting film on AI and empowerment. Then, the Hero Booth interviews captured attendee reflections. We used these interviews to produce a closing film that reinforced the event’s themes and celebrated the impact of delegates’ work.
By asking all participants the same 3–5 questions, we created a series of FICO World Intelligence Hero interviews from a single session. Consequently, dozens of delegates could appear across multiple edits, providing content for social media and ongoing engagement. The careful editing, music, and sequencing highlighted human expression and made complex topics relatable.
Impact and Results
The Hero Booth transformed delegates into spokespeople and ambassadors. These films strengthened engagement, increased social sharing, and showcased innovation-driven work. Overall, the series demonstrates how human-focused storytelling can extend an event’s reach and give technology a relatable, authentic voice.
