As traditional banks struggle to keep up with digital transformation and the fintech incumbents that offer a faster, more personalised service that we’ve all grown used to, FICO needed a film to set the stall for their comprehensive platform that helps banks retain customers for the journey.
Filmed and directed with crews working remotely in San Diego, Sweden and London we told the story from a personal perspective that sets the bigger picture in a real-world context.

One in a series of short films that gives voice to some of FICO’s customers as they talk about their lives and the difference FICO software has made to them.
We filmed this over a day under tough covid-constrained circumstances in South Africa, opting for green screen to give us the flexibility to control the look afterwards and give everyone involved the greatest chance to socially distance and remain safe.
Here we hear the story of Sibulelo, the Collections Transformation Programme Director at ABSA Bank. His firm belief is in banking with a social conscience and helping individuals contribute to society themselves, something that is facilitated by the pioneering software and expertise in AI that FICO provides.

FICO came to us to commission a film that explains how their fraud and financial crime portfolio achieves this whilst delivering consumer experiences that are convenient and secure.
This particular film uses graphics animation to show, in a simple way, some of the complex processes at play.

When the fintech company FICO requested a film that would kick their annual conference off with a bang, they took a leap of faith with this one.
And it paid off.
From commissioning two talented dancers, to bespoke music and a script that tied the evolution of AI to the present day, we created an art-piece that received standing ovations amongst a 1400 strong audience and established the metaphor of AI as a dance that became the central theme for this four day conference in New York.
