In a culture of growing company pride, the most trusted person is the one right next to you.
Our videos help create a personal connection with the people they see before them that foster loyalty and pride based on shared work- and life-ethics. We partner up with communications teams, creating video presentations, conference openers, sizzle reels, and web and social content that brim with life and authenticity.
When the fintech company FICO requested a film that would kick their annual conference off with a bang, they took a leap of faith with this one.
And it paid off.
From commissioning two talented dancers, to bespoke music and a script that tied the evolution of AI to the present day, we created an art-piece that received standing ovations amongst a 1400 strong audience and established the metaphor of AI as a dance that became the central theme for this four day conference in New York.
One of a series of films that we conceived, shot and edited, as part of a global campaign to launch Marriott’s loyalty programme Bonvoy. We had the pleasure of making 5 behind the scenes films (2 in the UK, 1 in Budapest, 2 in Istanbul), documenting photographer Rankin as he captured a variety of the good and the great who have seen love blossom thanks to Marriott’s luxury hotels.
Across the campaign there were 183 million opportunities created to see our material.
Two days spent at the Isokon Plus workshop in Hackney Wick gave Cloud9Media an amazing insight in to the craftsmanship that goes in to producing this exclusive line of bookcases for Penguin Shop.
When shooting this film carpenter/craftsman Mark Smith mentioned the physical movement required to make an integral piece of furniture. So we opted for using a beatbox soundtrack married with the sounds of the workshop, to reflect the balletic movement of working in rhythm.
We recently got back from the Fontainebleau Hotel, Miami Beach where FICO were hosting their annual conference on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and business responses to this new changing landscape. This gave us a perfect opportunity to road-test the InstaBooth, our latest innovation in how to engage through video and just one part of a whole package of video content we offered.
The InstaBooth carries the ethos of capturing thoughts on film, asking delegates passing by to take a moment to sit in a comfortable chair and relax, away from the busyness of this buzzing conference. It’s a simple pop-up tent setup equipped with a camera, ring-light and microphone.
As part of a whole suite of day-in-the-life films we have made for Penguin Random House this year, this first film looks at the crucial role the editor plays in getting a book published.
This series of films are housed on the Penguin Random House Careers website.
When published on LinkedIn it received 3k views within the first day of publishing.
